- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I think the bad reviews were from a few years ago, so don't pay too much attention to them. BB&T is the bank we use for our business. We go to other locations as well, but if I need to do anything that requires a little bit more work I come into this Fuquay branch. I find that the staff here are really helpful, quick to suggest good options for you, and they seem really hardworking. I went to another branch in a nearby town and wasn't as well cared for (probably because we are a little smaller than those big Realty giants that they deal with in the big city...lol). Anyway, the FV branch treats us like the hardworking local business that we are, and they're happy to help us figure out ways to make our business run smoothly. BB&T is a very conservative bank, and it's local to NC. They didn't need to be bailed out, and they're not constantly getting in trouble for doing shady stuff. Of course we want that.
